lemon meringue cupcakes...

Sweet, tart and tangy filling...light, fluffy, cloud-like frosting...moist and delicate cake.
We start with a delicious vanilla cupcake (or tini) and fill each center with fresh, homemade, and organic lemon curd. We then top with a light, airy, and fluffy meringue frosting.
The favorite, Lemon Meringue Pie has now become a Lemon Meringue Cupcake.
