tini lemon meringue tarts...

Can you tell I have a bit of a thing for tinis??? 

Don't let their little tini size fool you, these bite sized wonders pack a BIG punch of flavor! Each tartlet shell is made by hand out of a pate sucree (aka sugar dough...aka deliciousness!!),which I then pre-baked and filled with a homemade Organic Lemon Curd. I then topped each and every tini tart with fluffy vanilla bean meringue.
Sweet and tart, robust lemon flavor paired with the warm vanilla we all know and love.
