pumpkin spice muffins...

It is definitely time to bring out the pumpkin! Nothing screams this time of year more than that word..."PUMPKIN!!" (well maybe if you add "spice" afterwards). Which is exactly what I did!

Shown are my Pumpkin Spice Muffins with Crumb Topping (can you tell I'm going through a little "crumb topping" phase?? Haha) These have such a moist and tender cake-like texture with hints of cinnamon, nutmeg, ginger, and vanilla swirling throughout. Like usual, I use only the best ingredients to create the ultimate product. Sweet cream unsalted butter, whole milk, organic eggs, organic real pumpkin, and vanilla beans...mmmMmmm! Then I generously topped each with fresh crumb topping to give it that nice crunchy texture.
