dark chocolate...


Now, seriously...who doesn't love dark chocolate? With it's antioxidants, flavonoids (what helps regulate blood pressure) and the impact it has on lowering cholesterol...what's not to like?

Shown is my Dark Chocolate Cupcake.

I started with a dark chocolate cake: Moist and airy, light and fluffy, yet very dense in chocolate flavor...this cake is a chocolate lover's dream. Then I topped with our dark chocolate frosting. This frosting is bit more dense than my chocolate buttercream. And when everything is made with the best ingredients possible, you know you're going to get a good product!

As Rachel Ray would say...this cake is "Yumm-O!"
